These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FreeCell* (also written FreeCell Asterisk) and related websites (“the App”) offered by dbpq (legal / trade name dbpq Inc.; Korean business registration number 226-56-00915) (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the rules of the store you used (Apple App Store or Google Play). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial play. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Third-party card art and software notices are on the Licenses page.
Basic play does not require an account. Sign-in (Google or Apple) is optional and is used for cloud backup, purchases tied to your account, and some online features. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or use the App only with a parent or guardian as required by local law and your store’s family tools.
You can delete your account in the App (Profile → Delete account). That removes account-linked data on our servers as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not automatically refund purchases.
The App offers one-time purchases. List prices in US dollars, before location-based tax:
On this website, checkout is provided by Paddle, the merchant of record. Prices and what each product includes are on Pricing. Website refunds are in the Refund Policy. We do not receive your full card number.
On the Apple App Store and Google Play, those stores process payment and their refund rules apply.
A subscription is not currently sold. If one is offered later, it renews until you cancel it in the store or billing account that charged you.
If you use the world map, battle, co-op, or ranks, other players may see your display name, crest, and public results. Do not use a name or crest that is unlawful, hateful, or impersonates someone else. We may hide or reset abusive names.
Do not cheat, disrupt servers or other players, scrape or attack the service, bypass payment or access controls, or use the App for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that harms the service or other players.
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Online features need a network connection and may be interrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for a claim about the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing), except where the law does not allow that limit.
We may change these Terms or the App. We will update the date on this page. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new Terms where the law allows.
Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved through Support, the courts of Seoul, Korea have jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
